With over 20 years of global leadership experience in clinical operations, program management, and strategic growth, Nilufer has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering successful client outcomes.
In her new position at Beaufort, Nilufer will oversee all clinical program management functions, optimizing trial operations and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs. She will spearhead the implementation of advanced project management methodologies, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance the efficiency and quality of clinical trial delivery. Her efforts will further position Beaufort as a trusted partner to sponsors navigating complex clinical and regulatory landscapes.
Throughout her career, including more than a decade leading global CRO trials, Nilufer has successfully directed the strategy and execution of over 100 clinical projects across a wide range of therapeutic areas. She has built and scaled high-performing teams, developed new service offerings, established strategic partnerships and championed client-centric innovations that drive measurable results.
