Beaufort is pleased to announce the promotion of Nilufer Celenk (Nilu) to Senior Vice President, Global Clinical Operations.
This promotion reflects her contributions and impact on the organization as Beaufort continues to expand its operations to support sponsors navigating the evolving landscape of global MedTech development.
Over the past year, in her role as Vice President, Clinical Program Management, Nilu has led clinical trial operations and successfully delivered high-priority client programs. She has strengthened key Sponsor relationships, built and developed high-performing teams, and partnered closely with senior leadership to enhance execution across the organization.
Nilu is known for her ability to bring clarity to complex challenges, her steady and thoughtful leadership, and her commitment to developing and supporting clinical teams. She has also been instrumental in shaping Beaufort’s Project Management Office (PMO), helping establish the structure, processes, and operational consistency needed to deliver more predictable, high-quality outcomes for Sponsors.

She will also continue advancing PMO capabilities to support Beaufort’s ongoing growth and long-term success.
Nilu brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare and life sciences, including over 12 years in clinical services delivery, and has contributed to the strategy and execution of more than 100 clinical projects.
