Beaufort, a global contract research organization (CRO), has announced the promotion of Bill Trembley to Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This appointment comes at a pivotal time for the company, supporting Beaufort’s continued growth as a leading MedTech CRO combined with expanding industry demand for technology-enabled solutions.
Bill brings over 25 years of experience in driving rapid technology innovation, optimizing operations, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. During his tenure at Beaufort, Bill has been a principal force in the advancement of Beaufort’s technical vision and strategy.
In addition to overseeing Beaufort’s existing data management and analytics operations, Bill will lead further integration of novel technology-solutions into clinical processes to better analyze trial data and provide timely insights on performance and trends. New technology platforms will support site selection and management for traditional, hybrid, and decentralized clinical trials (DCTs) with a focus on efficient trial start up and targeted subject enrollment to reach underserved and rare disease populations more effectively. Bill will also drive ongoing optimization of clinical operations including secure and efficient direct data capture and total program lifecycle management.
